We currently have 2 owners ready for a Beneteau 40 in the Mystic Shipyard Marina. These owners are seeking 2 others to make up the 4 -person sailing partnership. The cost of 1/4 share sailboat ownership is approximately $66,000 and the monthly operating costs for marina and insurance etc are only about $560 per month. Wow only $66k and $560/month all inclusive of operating costs for a new Beneteau 40. Now that's interesting!

August 2008 - Beneteau 43 - Newport

We also have significant interest in a sailboat partnership in the Newport area for a 43ft or 46 ft Beneteau. The prices are approximately $83,000 and $560/mo shared operating costs and $95,000 and $585/mo shared operating costs respectively.
